wenn die Nacht erwacht und Stille spricht
wenn das Leben ruht und Stress zerbricht
tritt Ruhe ein – Schritt um Schritt
und mit ihr die Zuversicht
dass das Leben in Kontrollverzicht
dem Leben neu den Lead verspricht
denn erpicht darauf, den Lauf zu führen
hat der Mensch verlernt in SICH zu spüren
wo es hingehen soll und welche Türen
zugehen, aufgehen, ihn berühren.
Doch, sein Wesen weiss was dem entspricht
wenn die Nacht erwacht und Stille spricht.

was in Kinderaugen sachte sich entfachte ohne Hemmung, ohne Scheu
als sie herrlich lange lachten dem Lebensglück so treu
weil sie lebten, dass es krachte – beglückt und ganz erfreut
weil sie wussten was es brachte tausendfach erneut
und wie glücklich es sie machte – nichts verpasst und nichts bereut
als Mama abends wachte bis der Sandmann wirksam streut
